Cancellations & Refunds

  1. Order Cancellation : If you cancel your order before it is shipped, you’ll get all your money back. Refunds usually take a few days to be processed, so do bear with us.
  1. You've received your Order but decide you Don't Want it : Sorry, but we do not accept cancellations after the order has shipped. 
  1. You have received a Damaged Product : We try our best to make sure your order reaches you in good condition. However, sometimes, our products do get damaged in transit. Please do not accept the package, if it looks like it has been tampered with and return it to the same delivery person. If the product has reached you damaged, please send us a photograph of the product via email to contact.blissstore@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving it. We will then send you a replacement at no extra cost and arrange to have the original picked up. However, we will not accept damage claims filed more than 24 hours after delivery.
  1. Exchange : Only Footwear & Apparel can be exchanged in case of Sizing Issues. Please make sure that the same is returned to us in the original packing with all tags intact and without any stains and/or damage. Used products will not be exchanged. Please send us an email at contact.blissstore@gmail.com requesting exchange and the alternate size required. If we have the requested piecein stock, we will initiate the reverse pick up. The new piece will be dispatched after we have received the original piece and it has been checked by our QC team for damages. In case, we not have the alternate size, we will issue a full refund to you once we receive the original piece back in good condition. We request you to check the size charts thoroughly before confirming your order.
